Senior Sales Manager
The Role:
ORA is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead residential sales. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in channel partner management, a proven sales track record, and a growth mindset. What we are looking for:
A solid track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets in residential sales.
At least 4 –5 years of experience in real estate sales, including directly working with and managing channel partner networks.
Existing relationships and a good network among brokers and agents in Bangalore.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada, the local language.
Self-starter with a hunger to grow, good negotiation and sales skills.
Comfortable using CRM tools and data‑driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
Deliver on pre‑set sales targets, monthly, quarterly, annually, and consistently exceed them.
Build and nurture enduring relationships with channel partners; leverage your existing partner network for lead flow and greater closure rates.
Build & motivate a high‑performing sales team: monitor progress, coach, and drive accountability.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal to negotiation, closure, and post‑sales follow‑up.
Keep updated with project details, pricing, market trends; provide timely product/price updates to channel partners.
Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless sales operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.
